Ingredients

salt and pepper
5  apricots, stoned removed, halved and sliced
1  red onion, chopped
1 tbsp oil
chilli flakes, to taste
1 tbsp white wine vinegar or to taste
1 tbsp brown sugar or to taste

Instructions

In a saucepan heat the oil. Sauté the onion until lucent. Add the apricots and bring to a boil over low heat. Season to taste with sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and chilli flakes. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Fill into a bowl and let cool down completely.

Goes well with chicken or any kind of poultry.
