Ingredients:
4 cups cubed bread (crust removed)
1 cup shredded cheese
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 pound bulk sausage crumbled and browned (or bacon or ham)
Pamnon-stick cooking spray
Instructions:

Place cubed bread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Drop the sausage on top of the bread. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the sausage. Combine milk, eggs, and mustard thoroughly. Pour egg mixture over the bread, cheese, and sausage. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full with egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 325-degree oven about 30 minutes. Watch for over-crispiness!! Depending on your muffin tins and thickness of the bread, you should get between 15 to 18 muffins.
