spring hill ranch coffee rub recipe details
As you work your way to the Texas cattle country, the rubs you typically use for pork just don’t seem to have the heft needed for the rich flavor of beef. Here’s a rub that I can imagine would be right at home on a cattle drive or an ex-president’s little summer get-together. Not only will this rub add a wonderful complexity to your slow smoked brisket, beef ribs or even lamb shanks, but it is a fantastic seasoning to use on steaks and even burgers! Give it a try, and I promise you won’t be sorry!
