Spinach Avocado Salad recipe

|250 g||avocados, sliced|
|6 tbsp||orange juice|
|2 tsp||lemon juice|
|¾ kg||baby spinach leaves|
|2 small||blood oranges, peeled, cut into sections|
|4 tbsp||olive oil|
|4 tbsp||pecan halves, to garnish|
Toss avocados with juices in a bowl. Add lemon juice, spinach leaves and blood oranges and mix lightly.
To serve, spoon onto 4 plates and top with nuts.
