Chocolate and soured cream cake filling recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | dark plain chocolate |
150 ml | soured cream |
1 tbsp | caster sugar, optional, only if you like it sweeter |
Instructions
Break the chocolate into a bowl placed in a pan of hot simmering water, add the soured cream as well and stir over a low heat until the chocolate has melted.Then remove the pan from the heat. As soon as the mixture has cooled down use to fill and top a sponge cake (18/20cm).
Decorate with with a few walnuts or hazelnuts or to your liking.
