Ingredients

  1. Cottage cheese – 500grams
  2. Capsicum (shimla mirch) – 1
  3. Tomatoes – 2
  4. Onions – 2
  5. Yogurt – ¼ cup
  6. Tomato puree – ¼ cup
  7. Hot spices powder (garam masala) – 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  9. Salt – to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, tomato puree, hot spices, red chilli, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl
  2. Cut vegetables and cottage cheese in 2 ½ inch pieces
  3. Put cheese, vegetables and yogurt mixture in a bowl
  4. Set aside for 30minutes
  5. Skewer cottage cheese and vegetable pieces one by one on sticks
  6. Put these sticks in a baking dish and place in a pre-heated oven for 15 mins.
  7. Serve hot.
