Char sui sauce details

- Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons black bean paste
- 5 ounces Mirin sweetened sake
- 4 ounces oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Ah-So sauce
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon chili paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water
Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan. Simmer on low for 12 minutes.
Spread the sauce over fish, chicken, or pork, as you desire, and bake as usual.
Makes:1 to 2 cups.
