Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons black bean paste
5 ounces Mirin sweetened sake
4 ounces oyster sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons Ah-So sauce
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon chili paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup water

Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan. Simmer on low for 12 minutes.

Spread the sauce over fish, chicken, or pork, as you desire, and bake as usual.

Makes:1 to 2 cups.
