Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
4 tbsp Ground biscuit
4 tbsp Ground almonds
2 tbsp Butter, melted
450 g Greek yogurt
150 g Cream cheese
4 - 6 tbsp Honey
Bourbon vanilla from 1 lemon
Lemon zest
1/2 Mango
Freshly squeezed lemon juice from 1 lemon
Honey if the fruit sauce is too sour

Prepatarion:

Prepare 4 glasses or dessert cups.

In a bowl mix together the biscuits and almonds, and butter, if using.
In each cup put 2 tbsp of the "crust".

Cheesecake Layer:

In a bowl mix together the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, bourbon vanilla and lemon zest.
If the mixture is too sour add more honey.

Divide the cheesecake layer equally in the 4 glasses.

Mango Layer:

Using a blender, combine half of the mango and the lemon juice. If it is too sour add some honey.
Blend until you get a very smooth paste.

Divide the mango layer equally in the 4 glasses.

Serving:

Cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
