Honeyif the fruit sauce is too sour

Prepatarion:Prepare 4 glasses or dessert cups. |

In a bowl mix together the biscuits and almonds, and butter, if using. |

Cheesecake Layer:In a bowl mix together the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, bourbon vanilla and lemon zest. |

Mango Layer:Using a blender, combine half of the mango and the lemon juice. If it is too sour add some honey. |
