Preparation:

Put all ingredients, except the aquafaba, in the bowl of a blender or a food processor.
Process or blend the ingredients.

Add aquafaba spoon by spoon until you reach the desired consistency.
The hummus should be thick and smooth.

Taste and adjust as needed.
Salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil can be added.

Tip:

This is a simple and neutral hummus recipe.
You can add cayenne pepper, curry or other spices if you want a special taste.
