400 g brown sugar
170 g butter
250 mL whipping cream
1 tsp salt salt is optional

Directions

1.

Put the sugar in a pan and bring it to boil on a medium heat. Mix constantly so it will melt equally.
Once the sugar melts, it will become golden brown.
Mark as complete

Add the whipping cream and salt (if using). The mixture will become bubbly. Max constantly until it liquifies again.
Add the butter. Mix again until all ingredients combine.
Mark as complete

Boil the mixture for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
Pour the salted caramel sauce in a jar. Let it cool completely.
Mark as complete
