112 g All purpose flour

10 g Cocoa powder

20 g Chocolate, melted45% cocoa

1 1/2 tsp Baking powder

A pinch of salt

60 g Brown sugar

1 Egg

100 ml Yogurt

45 g Butter, melted

125 g Cream cheese

50 g Butter, softened

2 tsp Caramel sauce

200 g Powder sugar

You can either use store bought caramel sauce, or make our salty caramel sauce available on this link.

Preparation:Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. |

Muffins:Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Stir nicely until everything is mixed evenly. |

Use a muffin pan and silicone models. Place the models in the pan. Fill in the batter to 3/4 heights of the muffin models. |

Baking:Bake for 20 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. |

Cool completely. |

Caramel frosting:With a hand mixer combine the cream cheese and butter. Add 2 tsp caramel sauce and mix again. Gradually add the powder sugar until you get a nice firm frosting. |

With a knife/spoon make a hole in the middle of the muffin. Put 1 tsp caramel sauce in the hole. |
