Chocolate-Caramel Muffins

112 g flour
10 g cocoa powder
20 g chocolate, melted 45% cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
60 g brown sugar
1 egg
100 mL yogurt
45 g butter, melted
Caramel frosting
125 g cream cheese
50 g butter, softened
tsp caramel sauce
200 g powder sugar




Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Stir nicely until everything is mixed evenly.
Mark as complete

Use a muffin pan and silicone models. Place the models in the pan.
Fill in the batter to 3/4 heights of the muffin models. Bake for 20 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Caramel frosting

With a hand mixer combine the cream cheese and butter. Add 2 tsp caramel sauce and mix again. Gradually add the powder sugar until you get a nice firm frosting.
Mark as complete

With a knife/spoon make a hole in the middle of the muffin. Put 1 tsp caramel sauce in the hole.
Decorate with caramel frosting.
