Creamy avocado sauce:

Peel the avocado and garlic. Wash the parsley and basil leaves.

Put all the ingredients for the avocado sauce in a blender. Blend until you get a smooth creamy paste.

If the paste is too thick, you can add a little water, or more sour cream or mayonnaise.

Fettuccine:

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the instructions on the box.

Serving:

Divide the pasta on two plates. Put creamy avocado sauce on top of the pasta. Drizzle some olive oil.

Optional:

If you want to enrich the recipe, you can add asparagus, cherry tomatoes or even shrimps to it.
For shrimps: Pan fry the shrimps on butter and add some garlic and white wine to season them. Add on top of pasta and avocado sauce.
For asparagus: Pan fry the sliced asparagus on olive oil or butter. Add on top of pasta and avocado sauce.
