Creamy avocado sauce:Peel the avocado and garlic. Wash the parsley and basil leaves. |

Put all the ingredients for the avocado sauce in a blender. Blend until you get a smooth creamy paste. |

If the paste is too thick, you can add a little water, or more sour cream or mayonnaise. |

Fettuccine:Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the instructions on the box. |

Serving:Divide the pasta on two plates. Put creamy avocado sauce on top of the pasta. Drizzle some olive oil. |
