Adjust Servings
112 g flour
25 g cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
60 g honey sugar, agave, maple syrup
1 egg
100 g sour cream milk
45 g butter, melted
apricot jam
Chocolate glaze
100 g chocolate 45% cocoa
60 g butter
tsp honey




Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix all ingredients for the muffins in one bowl. Stir nicely until everything is mixed evenly.
Mark as complete

Use a muffin pan and silicone models. Place the models in the pan.
Fill in the batter to 1/2 heights of the muffin models. Add 1 tsp of apricot jam. Fill with batter to 3/4 of the height.
Mark as complete

Bake for 20 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Mark as complete

Chocolate glaze

Put the chocolate, butter and honey in a small pan over low heat.
Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Mark as complete

Spread the warm glaze on top of the muffins. It will drizzle down the sides.
Mark as complete
