Preparation:Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. |

MuffinsMix all ingredients for the muffins in one bowl. Stir nicely until everything is mixed evenly. |

Use a muffin pan and silicone models. Place the models in the pan. |

Fill in the batter to 1/2 heights of the muffin models. Add 1 tsp of apricot jam. Fill with batter to 3/4 of the height. |

Baking:Bake for 20 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. |

Chocolate glaze:Put the chocolate, butter and honey in a small pan over low heat. |
