1/4 cup brown sugar | |
2 tbsp honey | |
2 eggs | |
14 oz yogurt | |
1/4 cup butter, melted | |
1 tbsp lemon ppel | |
1/2 tsp lemon extract |
Lemon syrup
1/3 cup lemon juice | |
1/3 cup sugar | |
3 tbsp water |
Directions

Muffins
In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine sugar, honey, eggs, yogurt, butter, and rind.
Mix together the contents of both bowls.
Mark as complete

Equally distribute in 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until a wooden pick put in the center of the muffin comes out clean.

Lemon syrup
Combine the syrup ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to boil. After 1 minute remove from heat.
Drizzle worm syrup on the muffins.
