Preparation:Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F. |

Muffin batterIn a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine sugar, honey, eggs, yogurt, butter, and rind. Mix together the contents of both bowls. |

Lemon syrup:Combine the syrup ingredients (lemon juice, sugar and water) in a sauce pan. Bring to boil. After 1 minute remove from heat. |
