1 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tsp Honey
2 Large eggs
14 oz Yogurt
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1 tsp Lemon peel
1/2 tsp Lemon extract
1/3 cup Lemon juice
1/3 cup Brown sugar
3 tbsp Cold water

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F.

In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine sugar, honey, eggs, yogurt, butter, and rind.

Combine the syrup ingredients (lemon juice, sugar and water) in a sauce pan. Bring to boil. After 1 minute remove from heat.
