1 1/2 cup Nuts walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans
1 cup Granulated sugar
3 tbsp Butter, melted
32 oz Cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp All purpose flour
4 Large eggs
1 cup Sour cream
1 tbsp Instant coffee
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Orange juice

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Crust:

In a bowl mix the nuts, 2 tbsp sugar and butter.

Pour into 9 inch cake pan and press the crust onto bottom. Set aside.

Cheesecake

In a food processor combine cream cheese and remaining cup of sugar.

Add flour and eggs, one at a time.

Add sour cream and cinnamon.

Combine the instant coffee and orange juice to dissolve the powder, then add to cream cheese mixture.

Baking:

Pour into pan and place in a 350-degree oven for approximately 1 hour. Check for doneness by shaking gently.
