Preparation:Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. |

Crust:In a bowl mix the nuts, 2 tbsp sugar and butter. |

Pour into 9 inch cake pan and press the crust onto bottom. Set aside. |

CheesecakeIn a food processor combine cream cheese and remaining cup of sugar. |

Add flour and eggs, one at a time. |

Combine the instant coffee and orange juice to dissolve the powder, then add to cream cheese mixture. |
