Ingredients

1 1/2 cup nuts walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp butter, melted
32 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp flour all purpose
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp instant coffee
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup orange juice

Directions

1.

In a bowl mix the nuts, 2 tbsp sugar and butter.
Pour into 9 inch cake pan and press onto bottom. Set aside.
Mark as complete

In a food processor combine cream cheese and remaining cup of sugar.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mark as complete

Add flour and eggs, one at a time.
Mark as complete

Add sour cream and cinnamon.
Mark as complete
5.

Combine the instant coffee and orange juice to dissolve the powder, then add to cream cheese mixture.
Mark as complete
6.

Pour into pan and place in a 350-degree oven for approximately 1 hour. Check for doneness by shaking gently. Cool completely.

Optional:

Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
