Ingredients

1/3 box graham crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
Filling
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 large packages cream cheese
lemon juice from 1 lemon
1 vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Crust

In a bowl mix all ingredients for the crust.
Press into a springform pan.
Mark as complete

Filling

Using a had mixer, thoroughly mix the sugar and cream cheese.
Fold in the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients.
Mark as complete

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Pour batter onto the pie crust.

Bake for 20 min at 375 degrees F.
Lower the temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for 25 more minutes or until the cheesecake rises and turns golden brown.

Cool at room temperature.
Refrigerate the cheesecake for a few hours before serving.
