600 g Chicken Breast
1 Large Zucchini
2 large Carrots
6-8 Garlic cloves
250 g Mushrooms
400-500 mL Tomato sauce
1 kg Gnocchi
250 g Mozzarella cheese, grinded
Oregano
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

Cut the chicken breast in smaller pieces, for examples 3 cm x 3 cm squares.
Wash all the vegetables, peel them and cut them in different shapes (zucchini in triangles, carrots in circles, mushrooms in half).

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.

Cooking:

In a large bowl add a few tbsp olive oil.
Put the chicken pieces on the hot oil. Cook it until it turns white.

Add all the cut vegetables and the garlic in the bowl.
Mix nicely so that all ingredients combine and the vegetables become a little soft.

Add the tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes.

Baking:

Add the gnocchi to the chicken and vegetable mixture.
Mix all ingredients.

Transfer the mixture to an oven pan.
Carefully distribute the grinded mozzarella on top of the casserole.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 min.

Increase the temperature to 215 degrees Celsius and bake for 5 more minutes or until parts of the mozzarella become golden brown.

Serving:

Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Add a spoon of sour cream to each plate.
