Banana Muffins with Blueberry and Hazelnut

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
140 g flour all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
50 g honey
1 banana, ripe
120 g blueberries fresh or frozen
1 egg
120 ml sour cream milk, Greek yogurt
45 g butter, melted
5 drops vanilla extract
50 g hazelnuts, chopped

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Grease a muffin pan of use muffin cups.
Mark as complete

In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the rest of the ingredients without the blueberries. Mix thoroughly.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Mark as complete

Fill in muffin cups 2/3 of the volume.
Mark as complete

Bake for 20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Mark as complete
5.

Optional:

Decorate the muffins with blueberries.
If you want to eat cupcakes you can put frosting.
