140 g flour all purpose flour | |
1 1/2 tsp baking powder | |
a pinch of salt | |
50 g honey | |
1 banana, ripe | |
120 g blueberries fresh or frozen | |
1 egg | |
120 ml sour cream milk, Greek yogurt | |
45 g butter, melted | |
5 drops vanilla extract | |
50 g hazelnuts, chopped |
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Grease a muffin pan of use muffin cups.
Mark as complete

In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the rest of the ingredients without the blueberries. Mix thoroughly.


Gently fold in the blueberries.

Fill in muffin cups 2/3 of the volume.

Bake for 20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Optional:
Decorate the muffins with blueberries.


If you want to eat cupcakes you can put frosting.
