Caramel and coconut ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
600 ml | whipping cream |
350 ml | condensed milk, sweetened |
2 tbsp | Bailey’s |
20 g | coconut, shredded |
Instructions
Combine cream, condensed milk and Bailey’s in a large bowl and beat until thick and creamy.Fold in coconut and mix well.
Pour into a baking tin, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
