Ingredients
120 g | flour |
50 g | cornflour |
75 g | soft butter |
100 g | chocolate-hazelnut spread |
80 g | ground almonds |
50 g | sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
2 medium | eggs |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
2 tsp | baking powder |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
some | butter, for the baking tin |
icing sugar, to dust |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C.Mix all ingredients together with an electric wire whisk until well combined. Pour the batter into a buttered baking form and bake for 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool.
Dust with icing sugar.
