Guava Butter recipe
- One 16-ounce jar Hawaiian Guava jelly
- 1 pound butter or margarine
We blend a 16-ounce jar of Hawaiian Guava jelly with a pound of butter (or margarine). Butter must be soft. Use blender and mix very well (although you might like the little chunks of Guava jelly showing).
We have had guests order a case of Guava jelly shipped back to the Mainland, so they could continue their honeymoon in Hawaii after returning home.
