Chicken noodle curry recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | chicken, cut into small pieces |
120 g | egg noodles |
2 l | coconut milk |
3 tbsp | cooking oil |
2 tbsp | minced garlic |
2 tbsp | red curry paste |
1 tbsp | tumeric powder |
2 tbsp | sugar |
3 tbsp | shallots, chopped |
2 | green onions, chopped |
1 | lemon, cut into wedges |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic. Add curry paste, cook for 1 minute and add curry powder, turmeric and chicken.Add coconut milk, salt, sugar and cook in over low heat.
Bring water to boil in another pan. Cook egg noodles until soft and drain water.
To serve, spread curry on top of noodles and top with shallots, spring onions and lemon.
