Ingredients
10 large | mushrooms |
2 | spring oinons |
1 bunch(es) | parsley |
100 g | Feta cheese |
4 tbsp | milk |
2 tsp | dried mint |
1 tsp | thyme |
½ tsp | rosemary |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
30 g | soft butter |
2 tsp | mild paprika powder |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and arrange the mushroom heads on a lined baking tray
For the stuffing finely chop the stems of the mushrooms, the spring onions and the parsley and place into a bowl. Add the cheese, the milk and the herbs, season with salt and pepper and stir until well combined.
Stuff the mushroom heads with some butter and the mixture. Dust with paprika, then bake for 15-20 minutes.
