Cheesecake balls recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | cream cheese |
115 g | butter |
60 g | powdered sugar |
1 tsp | grated orange peel |
1 tbsp | orange juice |
2 tsp | ginger, very finely chopped |
3 tbsp | toasted coconut |
fresh fruit: | |
pear slices, apple slices, pineapple wedges, strawberries |
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, orange peel, and orange juice in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until well combined. Stir in ginger.Spoon mixture with an ice cream scoop onto plastic wrap or shape balls with hands. Place all wrapped balls onto a tray, cover and chill for 3 to 24 hours.
To serve remove plastic wrap. Top with nuts and coconut. Serve with fruit on the side.
